Background:
    In 2007, Agilent wanted to retire the existing GeneSpring code base and build a next-generation systems biology data analysis software. 

Strand Solution:
    Strand  re-architected GeneSpring based on its AVADISTM technology.  Strand released 3 major product releases in the first 12 months, including the Enterprise edition.
    Strand also set up a 24x5 customer support service center. This team provides support at all levels to scientists and informaticists in life science organizations all over the world.
